Change Password

There are three situations that may lead you to change your password:

  • When you forget your password and unable to remember it. 
  • When you try to log in with wrong password for multiple times which will lock your account.
  • When you want to change your password while you are logged in.



    Forgot Password?

    In case you forgot the password and want to reset it:

  1. In the Log In page, select Forgot Password? option [1]
  2. The Forgot Password? option will transfer you to Forgot Password page [2].  
  3. Enter your username and click Reset.
  4. You will receive reset instructions to the associated email of your account [3]

    Account Is Locked


In case you you entered a wrong password multiple times, your account will be locked.

As soon as the account is locked, PhisGuard will send the activation link to the associated email, kindly check the inbox and click the link of activation. The activation link will let you log into PhishGuard. 




    Change Password While Logged In


In case you you want to change your password while logged In:

From the top section of the page you are in:

  1. Select the Setting icon.[4]
  2. Select Account Settings option, it will display the Account Settings page. 
  3. Select the Account Settings tab, it will display the change password form.[5] 
  4. Enter the old and the new password twice. 
  5. Click on Save to update your password.
